- Check out time at Ahilya by the Sea is 11:00 hours and check in is from 13:00 Hrs.

- Guests who arrive before 11:00 hours will, as far as possible, be accommodated in their booked room. If their room has not as yet been vacated, a temporary room, if vacant, will be available for them until their room is ready, by 13:00 Hrs latest. If no room is available, guests will be made comfortable in the public spaces with full use of all facilities until their room is ready.

- Alcohol and beverages can be dispensed anytime from 7am to 12am.

- Snacks can be served from 11.00 hrs. to 23.00 hrs.

- No food and beverages are served in the room.

- All rooms are Non-smoking rooms.
